History

Beginnings are not always easy and growing up in a family with wealth is not always synonymous with success. Sandra Soto Valdez is a woman who does not mind recognizing her humble origins. From a very young age, she has known that there is a need to work to get the most basic necessities. Understanding that as a little girl has allowed Sandra to overcome several challenges to become who she is today.

Sandra and her husband, Luis Eduardo Valdez, run a company that has become a leading provider of personnel for administrative, industrial, and construction services.

Elite Employment Services is an employment agency with the best customer service. We do a custom assessment to determine what each customer needs. From 20 to 30 people come to our offices daily to search for a job,” said Sandra Soto Valdez. The company reviews the record of each applicant. They are asked several questions to best match the candidate to the client. Our client offers temporary employment for 90 days and sometimes offers permanent employment to our candidates.

“My dream was to become an interior designer. Then, I had the opportunity to work in the sales area at another job and I fell in love with this profession. I love to meet new people, be in direct and continuous contact with the clients, who even become friends.”

Elite Employment Services started as a family project in Laredo, Texas in 2013. Her husband is the Operation Manager, while Sandra drives the sales team for the company. Our focus is customer service. It’s that focus that brings new projects. In addition to Laredo, they have branches in McAllen, Eagle Pass, and soon, in San Antonio, Texas.
